A former elite rower and coach, Lydia leads as a psychologist at the Tasmanian Institute of Sport and is part of the Australian Institute of Sport Mental Health Referral Network. She works with athletes and coaches across levels, from local amateurs to Olympians, in sports like rowing, triathlon, cycling, and gymnastics.
As an Educator
Lydia is a sought-after speaker, sharing her knowledge in performance psychology. She regularly speaks at clubs and organizations and is a Mental Health Educator contracted by the Australian Institute of Sport, focusing on mental health in sports and performance enhancement.
